1 phone screen with a recruiter that lasted 10-15 mins. Really straightforward and just asking about experiences. Then a panel interview with 2 people from team. One was a senior director. All behavior and during covid so all were online.
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.

First interview: virtual interview- few questions about your background and why Nike- two tries per question. After a few simulation games that include math related and behaviour related
Second interview- zoom call about your background why NIKE- very informal
It was very straightforward and the recruiter and Hiring team were able to answer all of my questions. I heard back with feedback in a timely manner and I was able to start as soon as possible.
