Interview
The interview process was two stages. The second stage was good, and I was waiting to hear back, but heard nothing from the manager - he said he would contact me regarding my application. Instead, I just got a automated email saying I didn't get it after a week. To any managers out there, if you're gonna say you will reach out to them about my the outcome of my application, REACH OUT TO THEM.
La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
