Interview
30 minute phone screen, questions were standard, next steps were not made until a month later. Pay was comfortable to market average, lots of time spent talking about company culture and events
What makes you nike? It is one of the main question.
Talk about sport, life, improvements for the brand.

Was a pleasant process. The interviews were a week apart. Pretty straightforward interview.
There was a 3 stage interview with the following teams:

- Hiring Manager
- Director
