Straightforward and well informed.
The HR kept the communication clear and open. The forst round was with the HR followed by the hiring manager and the Director. They are more interested in getting to know you and your aspirations and if you fit the company culture

Really great interview process. Somewhat easygoing with good behavioral questions. Interviewing remotely can always present its own challenges but the interviewer put me at ease and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
