Interview
First conversation with HR followed by a coversation with 2 managers. Going more in depth. Ended with a conversation with a director & manager. This one was more difficult as you had to prepare an excersise. The exercise wasn't that hard as long as you prepared well.
One minus point is that they stay objective and dont really show emotions.

The interview was pretty basic and was mostly an introduction with the HR. It started with a general self introduction, and continued with all the details about every step of my career path. Furthermore it was investigated why and in which degree I was interested in working for Nike.
