Interview
The interview process started off very fast and efficient. After being told to leave my schedule free for the following 2 Fridays to facilitate an in-person interview the interview team went radio silent. After 4 weeks and several calls and emails they finally responded that they found candidates who were a better match for the position. A very sloppy and poorly run process, does not speak well to Nike as an organization.
