I applied online. I interviewed at NPR (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2018
Interview
Was asked why I loved radio and about my experience. I got to meet with everyone on the team of the show (about 6 people). It was very relaxed and conversational. Everyone talked to each other and with me, so it didn't feel like I was being grilled by a large group.
A recruiter reached out via email to set up a phone interview. Then had a Zoom call with the producers and writers of the show. Each interview lasted about 30-35 minutes.
