The interview began with a company overview. Then I was told there would be a series of "behavioral questions." I was asked about how I handled a difficult customer, when a project did not go well, etc. The focus seemed to be on negative things. There were not questions about how I might fit the job or why I wanted to work for this company. I was only given a brief opportunity to ask my questions. At the end, I was told that a decision would be made in 24 to 48 hours. It has been two weeks and no word. The second person was more than a half hour late was disinterested and rushed me out the door.

They wanted solutions architect with 10 years experience but only willing to pay for 5 year experience. The interview focused on the candidate having extensive muti cloud experience and willing to start immediately.
