The interview process was an overall negative experience. After a phone screening, I was scheduled with two management level folks who ran the area I was applying for. The first manager canceled twice in a row 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. The second manager interview mainly asked if I could work their crazy hours and learn and my technical skills were not important. No technical questions were ever asked. I was told a meeting would be scheduled to talk with some technical team members. The meetings were not scheduled. Furthermore, the first manager did not reschedule his meeting for a third time. A week later I was told that they did not wish to go further in this process. I meet all the position requirements and was never asked any technical questions or given a chance to finish the interview process. I have never felt like I got cheated in a Job interview. I’ve always been given a fair chance. But, that all changed when I interviewed with this company. The whole process also took over a month.
