Felt like an informal coffee chat. Held remotely over Teams, relaxed and transparent. Clearly laid out the breakdown of the role. Gave feedback throughout the interview about where I'd be best utilised.

What is your experience with workshopping with multiple stakeholders
They wanted solutions architect with 10 years experience but only willing to pay for 5 year experience. The interview focused on the candidate having extensive muti cloud experience and willing to start immediately.
