I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Sydney) in Feb 2017
Interview
* Highly unprofessional and the worst experience/mistake of my career.
* A job was advertised on 9th Dec 2016 & I applied on 28th Dec 2016. I got a confirmation email. I was looking at their website and I found out some of the jobs were open from June/July, that created doubt in my mind. I sent an email to recruitment about job expiry on 21st Jan 2017. After 2 -3 days, the website was updated and cleared the job I applied. I got an email from Asst. HR about my availability for a quick chat. I provided my availability and received a call from Singapore. The call was over 20 minutes about my experience, expectations.I specifically asked about the job I applied, " Is this role still open?" The answer was "Yes" Please refer to below section for interview questions but I was told that we will get back to you in two weeks time. After 2 weeks, I sent email for an update (no response), I went through internal contacts and found out even managers are not aware of this ad or position. Ridiculous!!
I believe the company should improve communication to applicants by being honest or declining the application.
Note: Some fields in Glassdoor are mandatory such as "interview time" "Location" & "offer accepted/declined" So please ignore those parts as I filled it to avoid error.
