NTT DATA Linux Administrator Second Level interview questions

NTT Data is constantly spamming several job offering sites and their references are very bad (see Indeed for example). When I was recruiting people for a development position in my next job in Halifax, NS, the majority of them came from NTT Data. I've got several (about 4) screening calls from the same person when same questions were constantly repeated (legal in Canada, skill questions, salary negotiation). They probably do not use any database where they will put your answers. Their HR also cannot read/understand you resumé, reference and do not try to find more about you from your blog or other relevant sources you will provide. They send me to a personal interview for this position after 1.5 months of "screening". However, for 2nd level of support, they were looking just for a trained monkey for working from 7am to 4pm, alternating with their Bangalore office. Future boss has no technical understanding, probably just some spreadsheet filling monkey known from many huge corporations. The future colleague looked like a nice junior guy.
