Long! They interview ahead of time before they even have a position open, then call you months later for a second interview once a position finally opens. Was told at the first interview that my current experience would translate well to this position, then after the final interview I received an email saying that my skills did not match the job description.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How will you get up to speed before your start date?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I spoke initially with a recruiter from NTT, and she was wonderful. She really helped guide me throughout the whole process. Next was a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with another manager, but not the person who would be the hiring manager. After that, there was a background check and reference check and I was offered the position.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Halifax, NS) in Jun 2011
Interview
Started by contacting the last intern who introduced me to the director. Had an informational interview with the Director. Then 3 weeks later he called me back to have an interview with the 3 Project Managers because they would all be my managers. Interview was pretty informal.
