The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health
Interview
Applied and heard from someone within days.. we had a phone interview and was asked to come in to meet with the director.. then I met with the person that would have been my supervisor.. also met with HR that day.. we talked salary benefits and next steps.. I was then scheduled to meet with the administrative heads (three people total) from the dept I would be working.. I was also asked to submit my references so I just knew I'd be receiving a job offer next.. but nope! Just crickets.. so I reached out and to my dismay I learned that they were pursuing other candidates.. not sure what I did wrong.. perhaps my references said something negative.. Guess I'll never know...
I interviewed at NYU Langone Health (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviewed twice with department and then a final round with HR that was mostly going over benefits to provide verbal offer. 1st with supervisor, 2nd with director, and 3rd with HR. Very informational. Down to earth. Intelligent. I appreciated the amount of time given to answer questions.
Unorganized. Poor communication. I was often confused with next steps and felt out of the loop. HR was not easy to communicate with as well. I was disappointed as it is supposed to be a prestigious hospital.
Interview was pretty standard, was interviewed by the managers. Started almost on time in the hospital. talking about your previous working experience, why being a SW with them, if you any experience in using Epic and other systems and will tell you the population they served in the area.
