Two-part process--first part is a phone call with HR to discuss the position more generally, second is going to be an in-person interview with the team the position is with. The phone call was brief, less than 30 min. The person I talked to was nice; first described the position to confirm I was still interested/applied to the right kind of position, then jumped right into questions (fairly standard). At the end, asked for my questions and then told me what the next steps would be.
