Interview
This was one of my first job interviews in college (working as an student office assistant at the Office of Admissions). The management was really friendly and open, there were 3 people there including my future supervisor. I dressed nicely, and did my research on what basic questions might be asked and thought as carefully about them as my student brain could.

Interview
There were two Zoom interviews, both entirely behavioral and focused more on personality fit than technical skills or experience. The process lasted about two weeks and the company expected an immediate start date upon extending an offer to the candidate.
Initial Screening, Interview, and Assessment related to daily tasks that you might complete on the job. This is followed by an online onboarding session with your coordinator that helps walk you through your responsibilities and some of the people that you will meet in the office.
