I applied on the college portal and someone approached me via email telling me they were interested.Everything after that was really straight forward and they asked me to come down for an interview at a scheduled time. The interviewer was polite.

Interview
Initial application phase was through the school career website. After being screened after a few questions, got called in for an in-person interview and after answering a lot of behavioral questions, I got called back with an offer. Very interesting and open place to work, especially for student to network and get some great exposure within the community.
