3 Round of interview
1. IQ test
2. RFP and case study (not sure why they ask when they never judge based on that people waste 3 days to prepare which hardly matter to them
3. Technically interview : it seems like they have set of question and answer and does have courtesy even to greet the candidate. Worst hiring experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are wireframes.
Have you worked on RFP ?
What is persona
What is velocity
Etc
Most they have written set of questions and answer and they expect candidate to exactly say the matching sentence with hardly any empathy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nagarro (Kiel) in Jan 2023
Interview
Initially, they asked me to appear for one IQ test which was very basic and shared the result soon. After that, the recruiter asked me to prepare a case study on a working day which I declined saying it is a working day and working on a case study would require some time. There were 2 case studies and she was looking for a quick turnaround, which was not possible for me. I completed the case studies and shared them the next day and then schedule a technical round where they asked few basics on Agile and a few details on my current and past projects. After that no more response, no feedback nothing.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nagarro (Chandigarh) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interview was scheduled and I was told to go to office for the same. Once I reached there I was sat in front of a computer to do the call over zoom.
On top of that person conduction interview asked me about acronyms and bookish text for 70% of the part and very less about the work I did in past, challenges, projects, situations I encountered, analytical skills etc. from my past experience.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Nagarro (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
Very strange process and organization.
Applied via LinkedIn posting, got a call from a recruiter from firm stating need "ASAP', and a 'long term' contract.
Interviewed with a PM.
The actual role had nothing to do with business analysis, basically a role to keep track of temp workers during the project and their hours. Confirmed during the interview with the PM the title and job description I was originally given, stated yes, this was the role.
Attempted to contact the Nagarro recruiter, phone no longer available, and no response to emails.
Highly recommend you think twice before doing business with Nagarro either as a potential employee.
