Let me start by thanking you for leaving a review here - any feedback helps us improve our way of working in the hiring team.
About not hearing back from the hiring team, I am with you on that. We should be closing the loop on every single candidate which shows interest in working with Nagarro, regardless of the result. We will fix this.
About the process being an 'eyewash', no such thing. As a fast growing company, we do have a large demand of newer colleagues. As a company which is also picky in who we bring on-board, we have to go through a larger set of potential candidates. So, this process is very regular for us.
And culturally, there is no such thing as a 'leadership visit' to check things within Nagarro - the whole idea would be seen as absurd by most people who work here. I assure you that this was a genuine hiring process for bringing on newer colleagues to help us take the company to newer heights.
