Position was in Stockholm. Did a phone screen then an interview with a director. Interview went well, was told to expect a call the next week. A month passed with no one reaching out. Figured I’d been ghosted. Emailed the recruiter for some feedback on my resume, and got no response. Overall a very unprofessional impression of the process.

Overall was Straight forward and well done. Met with 5+ VPs who offered great insight into the position and opportunities at Nasdaq. I still have 2 additional interviews, but hoping to wrap up the process in 3 weeks total
It was fine, be ready to talk about your resume in great detail, they go through it point by point even if not relevant to the job posting that you applied for
