Interview questions were basic. My recruiter, despite being more experienced in the industry, phrased her questions poorly (no tailor-fitting whatsoever) and was all over the place. Emails with her were always one-way, so you're left hanging, wondering if she at least got it. I understand that she could be busy, but this is basic email ettiquette. She did not provide a walkthrough on the processes but I did ask and there was no mention of ghosting for 3 weeks if I didn't make the cut 'coz that's what she did. The only communication I have received afterwards was the usual automated message from Workday that the role has already been filled. I expected more given the qualifications they have for this role. Could this be just a case of bad apple?
