Initial recruiter screen, interview with hiring manager, assignment to put together a deck, interview with peer of hiring manager, interview with C-suite leader.
The process was great up until the last 2 weeks or so. They were super communicative up front, very organized, and nothing misleading shared. I'm not a candidate who is currently based out of NYC and I shared that I was highly interested in relocating for this job. I waited over 2 weeks for a decision following my final interview and received a no given 'how competitive this position was.' The process was generally fine minus the assignment took a very long time and I invested significant effort into it. It was basically a waste other than some practice. Would really consider if you want to work for them before you put 20 hours into an assignment to ultimately get no offer and no feedback on why. For context I am significantly over qualified for this position, have 2x the years of experience, and almost all of it at another fin services company.
