Attended the annual engineering career fair at my school, met a volunteer representative. I was asked to interview that evening. Interview was very casual and the representative did a great job of making sure I was a good fit while maintaining a positive atmosphere and answering all of my questions about the job. Ended up receiving an offer and declining because of location and salary.
