National Instruments ELP Graduate interview questions

Applied directly to their website. I was invited to a phone interview a few days later which consisted of casual chat about motivations, interests and National Instruments as a company. From there I was invited to an assessment day lasting from 9:30 - 4 pm followed by an evening meal. The assessment day consisted of an introduction to NI, a technical assessment, observational assessment, group assessment, presentation and tour of the office.
