After the interviews, interviewers and observers go in a hash-out and select the best candidates. They are scored from -3 to 3, 3 being the highest. You have to do well in all of them to be considered.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a video chat with hiring manager. Afterwards, 1:1 video interviews with various team members, and finally a video panel interview w/technical presentation to the same people with whom the 1:1 interviews were conducted. However, no response from the recruiter for weeks after the panel interview. Unprofessional
