I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments (Austin, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
Dropped off resume at career fair and was contacted two weeks later for an interview the same week. Interview was only an hour. Half behavioral and half programming. The behavior and programming questions were pretty much the same as the ones other people have described on this page. Got an offer a couple weeks later.

Questions were really easy. Just be prepared to answer behavioral questions. Technical interview was done in pseudo-code so don't worry too much about forgetting a function call or writing syntactically correct code.
