When I applied there was no interview process implemented. I had 3 interviews all together and they were pleasant. After the third round of interview in a phone call the colleagues confirmed that I was chosen but then I got a email that there might be additional interviews coming and I was not chose yet. Finally I got an offer in email.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at National Instruments (Bengaluru) in May 2011
Interview
it was one of the best interview experiences. First only 30 ppl were called. Initially HR round was there. The round consisted of questions about my college, Fights over there, my veiws on those. They tried to check my judging capacity by probing me to take wrong decisions. there was huge filtering in HR round. Only 11 remained after HR. Then was technical where i was asked about labview, marketing statergies, Experience before in marketting, Asked to sell a pencil.
Overall was a very innovative one.
