National Restaurant Association interview questions

Made it through the screening process for a face to face interview with my potential supervisor. Felt like we hit it off, was told what next steps would be and then never heard back. Followed up, no response. Found out months later from a friend who works there the position had been filled. If you are going to bring someone in for an interview and you decide they aren't the right candidate, just let them know - it isn't hard to send a form email. Poor form on the part of the recruiter, who also couldn't seem to get her act together regarding the screening process.
