I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at National Security Agency (Fort Meade, MD) in May 2016
Interview
After completing the online application and sending my resume into NSA a recruiter called me about 30 days later. I scheduled a initial screening interview which mostly consisted of questions about my background. I then received a phone call to schedule a performance interview.
The performance interview mostly consisted of questions about my education, the courses I took and the projects I participated in. I was also asked to perform a simple counting for loop program by writing it down on paper.

Interview
Submitted application. Response email with links to a new virtual video questionnaire. Im not a fan of this interview format. Would prefer phone calls and in person interviews. Job posting was vague and all over the place technically.
