I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at National Security Agency in Oct 2009
Interview
A standard behavioral interview and basic discussion on my previous work, academic experiences. Also discussed my background in the relevant department I was under candidacy for. There were no surprises or terribly technical questions asked. A conditional offer was given to me (pending pass of background check, psychological test, polygraph test, etc.) right after the interview.
The interviewer was very nice and genuine.

It was a 1 on 1 interview first with a hiring manager then with a 4 person panel. The questions were typical and were not difficult, everyone was very friendly.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at National Security Agency (Laurel, MD) in May 2024
Interview
Submitted application. Response email with links to a new virtual video questionnaire. Im not a fan of this interview format. Would prefer phone calls and in person interviews. Job posting was vague and all over the place technically.
