The woman who interviewed me was very kind and interested in learning to know me as a person. A few technical questions were asked, but it was mainly about how I think and work.

I was emailed and asked to respond whether I'd be interested in coming in for an interview. I interviewed recently, and expect to hear back in a couple more weeks,

Interview
Gave them my resume at a career fair and was contacted about it around 6 months later. First interview was with an HR representative, second interview was with NEPD division heads (around 6 people). Contacted by email about results and given two weeks to accept. After accepting took a LONG time to get official start day with very little communication.
