I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Navy Exchange (Norfolk, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
He asked me the usual, why i picked the exchange over the other retail stores (PS: "I'm broke and i have a cat to feed" is not a great answer), asked me about my work ethic, experience, and what i can bring to the team. Since this was a seasonal position at the time, it was almost an immediate hire (when can you start, come to training on this day, etc.) so there wasn't anything out of the ordinary here.
