I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nespresso (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was very snappy and didnt take no longer than 3 weeks, the person who conducted my telephone interview was very freindly and simply asked basic qeustions about experience this was followed by a competancy based interview with two people who were part of the managerial team for the boutique who were very easy to get on with and build strong rapport with.
Relaxed, comfortable and informal. Seemed to be gauging fit for interacting with customers alongside passion for the product. Store has changed management in this time so unsure if this is still the current style.

Interview
I had an interview with the store manager. She was friendly and the interview lasted about 30 mins. The questions were focused on sales and customer service but not tricky ones. It was an overall good experience.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Nespresso (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
Very systematic and not stressful. In my experience, I had 3 rounds of interviews back to back and all were decently similar in terms of questions and overall content. Common questions are asked first and foremost- like previous or current job experience, schedule availability, and if I had any existing knowledge about the company and their practices.
