My interview process consisted of three stages: 1) phone screening covering an initial introduction and simple fit questions, 2) testing (on site) which measured logic, IQ and other fit questions and 3) group interview (at the offices) in which you answer to more fit questions and answer slightly technical questions.

Describe a situation in which you've failed and what did you get from this experience.
Got two phase. 1st is virtual and 2nd is face to face. They do ask 3 months payslip and IC copy before interview which I think not good unless you are being hiring. Red flag
Repetetive questions, nice HR but manager seemed judgmental, since I had no experience in this field (kept asking about finance, when I said i have no experience), overall i did not have a very great experience.
