Initial HR screening is based on introduction, job details, candidate background and simple situation-based question that will gauge.
Upon shortlisting to next level, it will be telephonic STAR based behavioral questions by the hiring manager and additional 2-3 team members each in a separate call. This round is about 1 hour each and 3-4 questions followed by the 10 mins for candidate to ask questions. After this round, the decision will be made within a week or 10 days. Overall experience is good and fast.
