In Total 4 Stages
1. Applications Assessment- Do simple test to screen your basic ability
2. Phone Screening - General Screening on your availability to work
3.Group Case Study - Test some simple functional Knowledge and Personal attributed
4. Final Interview - Further understanding by Hiring Manager and Division Head
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

Interview
It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
