The interview was with the hiring manager, who works in Switzerland. Unfortunately, Nestle moved their headquarters for IT to Spain, apparently because they think they can now offer pitiful Spain salaries. However, they moved their HQ to the most expensive city in Spain, Barcelona. Their strategy blew up in their faces, because Barcelona's cost of living is comparable to other major cities in Europe like Berlin. But the want to offer salaries that not even very junior people in IT would accept in Berlin. Pathetic.
