It was a four step process. Aptitude Test, interview with hiring manager and HR business partner, final interview with HR manager, Medical exams. The hardest was the aptitude test conducted by third party examiners

Initial application questions you had to do, then you had to do the verbal test, then the numerical and logical reasoning test, then the video interview, then finally the final interview.
