I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetApp (Sunnyvale, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
A friend who worked there submitted my resume. I had one initial call with HR that went well - the recruiter was enthusiastic about NetApp and asked some good questions. Two on-site interviews with 3-4 people each time. Good questions about my background, experience and how I'd handle a particular situation.
