Pre-Screen (Recruiter Call):
A recruiter (internal or via a staffing partner like Randstad Sourceright) conducts a 30-minute call.
Topics:
Your work history (especially in technology, customer support, sales, project coordination).
Fit for the role (skills, location, salary expectations).
Cultural fit (NetApp values collaboration, customer success, and innovation).
Availability and notice period.
Tip: Be prepared to discuss specific projects, CRM experience (like Salesforce), technical expertise, and digital communication strategies you used.

Interview
stages were delayed, messaging was different from recruitment to sales. Chased feedback for weeks and got none. Very unprofessional process, salary package were not competitive. After call with recruitment, then a call with sales management, next stage is a panel interview
It was fairly straightforward and consisted of a couple of panel interviews. The interviews were behavioral based interview questions. I had a total of three panel interviews . This lasted about two weeks of time
