NetApp Senior Programmer Analyst interview questions

NetApp HR contacted me. The process took almost 6 weeks. Interviews were pretty easy, but, they take lot of time to give feedback, which is a complete waste of time. after many follow ups, i get a call from HR stating i am selected and can expect the offer soon. The very next day, they are trying to negotiate the salary. they sight Budget constraints and send a rejection mail. To the HR specifically, if you cant match the salary requirement, please don't schedule interviews and waste candidates time and energy.
