Interview
Within a week of posting my resume on the company site through a friend, I got a call. The interview was 3 rounds - telephonic, face-to-face with Manager & team, telephonic with US team. They took about 3 weeks to get back with an offer and another week to actually hand over the hard-copy. During the two months of my notice period, the HR was in constant touch. I was even invited to join the Friday beer bash with my prospective team. All-in-all, it was a a very smooth and stress-free process.
