I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very careful 4 round interview process. The first round was a meeting with HR - standard questions to find out what personality I am and what is my motivation to change the job. The second round was a telephone conversation to find out how good is my english. The third round was a technical test focused on Javascript, SQL and Web Services. The forth round was a meeting with regional director.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was contacted by NS HR representant to arrange an informal meeting, where a company and position was intoroduced to me, we were talking about my previous experience and expectations. Perhaps it was more formal than I expected but that's fine. One week later I took the technical test (written) and 1:1 interview with my potentional manager and the day after I had a phone call with US manager. The whole process was very professional, probably one of the best I've experienced.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite in Jan 2014
Interview
I received a call from one of Netsuite's HR staff, 1st week of January, got an email and was invited to take the technical exam. It was Saturday when I took the exam. Then Monday, I was informed that I passed and had the initial interview with the HR the following night. The interview took about 30 minutes and the questions thrown were basically to test how I deal with difficult situations in my current job and how I handle talking to clients. The rest of the discussion focused on my skills against the required skills for the position I was being considered for. A week after, I was scheduled for my second interview (peer interview). That was more comfortable for me because it focused more on my programming skills. I was given programming problems and was asked to write the code on the spot. The third and final interview was immediately scheduled the next day. That was a lot more challenging because the questions were all situational and so inclined on dealing with customers, something that I think I don't have enough experience with. I thought I was going to fail in that interview but luckily I was able to get through. Got a job offer a few days later. The compensation package was very attractive. Benefits are way beyond my expectations. The whole hiring process took about 4 weeks. The hiring structure is well organized. The HR staff has been very professional in communicating with me, very kind and sees to it that I'm informed on the status of my application in every step of the hiring process.
