1. Online technical exam
2. Call from HR 2 working days after (if you passed)
3. Technical interview with Team Lead. It won't hurt to brush up your financial accounting knowledge for this one. Most of the questions asked were almost the same concepts as the online exam's, so use that as your reviewer. Read the interview questions posted on Glassdoor too. Overall, just be confident about your answers and don't be afraid to say yes if you're sure about your answer (make sure to back it up with your analysis).
4. Final interview with the hiring manager. They want to get to know you more - as in who you are outside of work. What your interests are, principles, what have you. The interviewer will also ask situational and logical questions, so be mindful of the tricky questions and be creative of your answers - think outside the box. If you pass the interview, they will call you the same day (in my case).
4. Soft offer will be sent through email. After acknowledging the email, HR will call you immediately to discuss the benefits and perks. After the call, they will send the pre-employment requirements that you need to fulfill.
4. You can accomplish all the pre-employment requirements in a month or so, depending on the documents you already have on hand.
Hiring process took a little less than a month and a half. By this time I don't think it's even finished yet - after signing the contract and all. Don't be afraid to follow up on the HR processing you especially if you don't hear from them on the date you were supposed to. Understand that they're busy too so it's helpful for both of you for you to follow up. Always have your contact phone ready so NEVER put it on silent mode. Check your emails too.
