I was referred by a current employee. The Boston Office contacted me via email and we scheduled a phone interview. The first interview felt very rushed and forced (I assume there were many people being interviewed that day). I earned a 2nd interview with the Denver office and that went much smoother than the first. I was very happy after talking to the second girl about my chances. Sure enough the company paid for me to fly to Boston for an on-site interview. They said it would be a 3 hour interview but it ended up being 2 1/2 hours.
I interviewed with the office manager(cool guy), account manager(great person), 3 current BDR's (fun and easy to talk to), BDR manager (very friendly), and top BDR manager (friendly). I did not feel the interview was very difficult, even though I tend to be a nervous person. Everyone was friendly and it felt more like a conversation.
They asked questions about my resume and my experiences in school, studying abroad, and work. The biggest thing they want to know is WHY YOU WANT TO WORK FOR THEM. They are very selective, so having a solid answer for that question will be a great start. I stumbled because I have no tech experience so it was hard to convey me truly wanting to work there.
