Several interviews with the HR manager, technical team, business analyst team and resource manager. Quite professional and structured. It took only 2 weeks from the first interview to a job offer.

Interview process started well, I was getting proper calls from the recruiter about all the 3 interviews. But after HR interview round, they mentioned that their lead HR is not well so the offer letter is delaying and then I got a call to discuss the salary part and I agreed to the proposed salary. Recruiter said I will be getting offer letter by this friday. But it did not happen, I called/emailed them and they were not responding properly. One day, recruiter picked my call and said the position is on hold. It was heartbreaking and disappointing experience with this company.

Entire process was seamless and positive feedbacks throughout BUT no response from company afterwards. 3 rounds of technical interview with questions on Telecom BSS stack, order journey, Agile methodology, project management. Then an HR interview. HR even said positive feedback about technical interviews. HR discussed Ctc terms and flexibilities and asked me to revert with my decision. I reverted the same day but no response from HR after that. Been more than a month with no response. Tried contacting HR over mail and phone but no response.
