There are three rounds of interview.
All three are technical round. After all this round you will be selected but offer given by them is not so good only 9% hike
Of your current CTC. Then they put there final decision on hold saying that we haven't get approval from higher management, Afterwords they haven't response you. Management of HR & higher management is very poor. It is almost 2.5 month results is in pending.

Applied for Senior Software Developer role at Netcracker. The process had 1 round which included a resume walkthrough, performance discussion, a programming problem, and 3 StackBlitz tasks. The company required a face-to-face interview which was a constraint. Overall the round was structured and task-focused.
Interview process is of Total 3 rounds - 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round
But the process in lengthy. There is too much gap between 2 rounds and results conveying.
