I feel very bad while writing Netcracker Interview process. overall its very horrible experience in terms of HR process.
I have applied through LinkedIn for a senior java developer role, very short period HR Team contacted me and they have collected all required information including YOE, Expected CTC, Current CTC and job location details and they confirmed my profile matching to the current position and started the interview process.
They conducted three rounds of interviews with in few weeks (2 technical rounds + one managerial ) , and they had given me a positive feed back from technical rounds.
When it comes to the HR Round , the said "you are a good fit for the current role what we are looking but we don't have budget and we cant make an offer "
After doing so much of thing at the end they come back and said we are not having budget,
its not good for your company, and I have invested lot of time for interview process and all.
If you guys don't know what salary range you are looking and what skill set you need its very bad and you are on wrong path. it will be a big problem for your company in the future.
candidate can go and find another job but you will loos very talented people , you can't replace the talent with any other things.
Please be prepared what exactly you want for your organization.

Java , DS and algo, design patterns , stack implementation, system design , database queries etc.

Interview
Applied for Senior Software Developer role at Netcracker. The process had 1 round which included a resume walkthrough, performance discussion, a programming problem, and 3 StackBlitz tasks. The company required a face-to-face interview which was a constraint. Overall the round was structured and task-focused.
Interview process is of Total 3 rounds - 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round
But the process in lengthy. There is too much gap between 2 rounds and results conveying.

The interview process was well-organized and seamless. The HR team provided timely updates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout. 1st round was technical..2nd round was techno managerial and then there was a HR Round.
