Took 6 months from initial application to first interview. Phone screening was pleasant and seemed to go well, but there was apparent focus on my current salary which despite claiming otherwise seemed to throw the recruiter! I can only assume it was outside their range, or they were just fishing to find out what the range should be. Said I would hear back the next day, didn't get a response (despite chasing) until 6 weeks later!
