I went through multiple interview rounds and had a few key observations:
- The majority of interviewers were late, which didn’t set a great tone
- I was repeatedly asked the same questions by different people, suggesting a lack of internal alignment
- Every interviewer with an MBA seem to have mentioned it within the first two minutes of our conversation
- Feedback (a simple yes or no to continue) after each round took over two weeks, which is very slow for an efficient hiring process
- Lots of talk about being a "sports team" and "going to the bench" and "being comfortable with feedback" which makes it seem like an overly competitive place to work
